Time Out Grab a Cuppa

Please join us remotely in this FREE, safe, virtual space, exclusively for parents of adult children living with substance abuse and mental health issues.  This is designed to be informal and grow organically as we get to know each other.

What To Expect

We will meet remotely once per week, usually for 1.5 to 2 hours, using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or cell phone via “ZOOM”. Don't worry if you're not computer savvy, help is always available to get you connected.

We will be sharing and learning different practices to help us take care of the most important catalyst in this battle… YOU

Let’s be honest, the devastating effects from this disease and the stigma surrounding it, is off the charts. It is essential that we take care of ourselves to maintain a state of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. We will focus on our own needs so we can raise our energy level, stay resilient and maybe even allow a little enjoyment back into our lives.

It is recommended that you make yourself a mug of your favourite warm drink and find a quiet comfortable place to chat where you will free from distractions.

Lastly, be prepared not only to be heard, but to feel validated, loved and supported. This also is a place for you to exchange ideas and experiences with other parents who are just as confused and frustrated as you.

For more information, please fill out and submit the Registration Form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.
